  • to increase the level of understanding of mentor teachers

Objectives: 

  • provide strategies for building trust

  • to support the development of effective communication and collaboration with colleagues

  • develop ability to analyze student data to promote teacher ownership

  • promote awareness of meeting the needs of diverse learners through cultural responsiveness
